PAPA CHARLIE’S STORY

Founded in 1980 in Chicago, IL., Papa Charlie’s makes Italian Beef the way our Grandma Carmella made it: lean cuts of select beef seasoned and slowly simmered in the family’s secret gravy recipe. Our secret gravy recipe is made with the finest herbs and spices. The result is a deliciously tender, traditional Italian Beef experience that families have enjoyed for generations (including our family!).

We hope to make your life a little easier and a whole lot tastier with our authentic Italian Beef.

This Papa Charlie’s logo was the very first logo and sign used on the outside of the building on Kostner ave. for many years. Now the sign has been relocated inside the office.
