Our Story.

Papa Charlie began the business in 1980. But before he could see it succeed, he died. Leaving behind his wife and four children to start “literally from nothing — except for a lot of bills and the desire to stay together as a family.” Meet the family and see how a family business survived and grew into the largest Italian beef company in the U.S.
