Easy Easter Pizza
A simplified version of the classic Italian savory pie
Ingredients
* ½ lb. Papa Charlie’s™ Italian Beef, drained
* 1 lb. cubed white brick cheese
* 1 lb. cubed American cheese
* 2 refrigerated pie crusts
* 7 eggs
Directions
Roll out one pie crust and fit it in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Combine Papa Charlie’s Italian Beef with the cheese in a bowl and set aside. Beat the eggs and pour them over the meat and cheese. Stir to combine, and then spread the filling in the pan. Roll out the second pie crust and put it on top, pricking the surface with a fork for ventilation.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, cut into squares and enjoy!
